The Rodek Travel Services is legally registered under the laws of Ghana to operate the travel and tour business

The Members of the board are all seasoned airline industry staff who have worked with some of the most widely known international airlines.

Our mission is to provide excellent customer services within the hospitality industry. Our staff have several years of experience from the travel industry and are familiar current trends and demands of the corporate world.

Our area of expertise in Event Management includes organizing conferences and meetings. Chief  Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Edith Kessie has over 20yrs experience in the aviation industry, as well as international organizations. In the track of 20yrs she has undertaken all relevant courses and exams pertaining to fares and ticketing 1,2,3(S.A.T. 1,2,3). Due to In-house training with KLM she’s fully abreast with all the industry trends.

A former ground services staff of the erstwhile Ghana Airways and a Ticketing and Reservations officer for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines now Air France -KLM for 20 years.

Sales & Reservations Supervisor

Mrs. Rosebond Yawson, has her background in ACCA from the London School of Accountancy. She has various certificates from the Airline Business School in Amsterdam a world  of experience in the Travel and Tour industry. She is a former Ticketing and Reservation officer for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines now  Air France -KLM

The Rodek Travel Services engages the services of Accounting Solutions Limited for all its accounting and audit needs.

Airline Tickets

Our operation starts when a client accepts to trade with The Rodek Travel Services, the client will be required to email their Purchase order/ Airline Ticket Requisition stating travelers name, destination / routing as well as the planned travel dates.

The Rodek Travel Services will send the possible options and prices to the client to select and confirm their desirable options with price combination. Tickets are then Issued and emailed to the client or hand delivered to the client. We will subsequently submit our invoice for payment.

The above notwithstanding, The Rodek Travel Services is open for discussions on any the clients preferred payment system.
